RETURN POLICY
If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase at www.riseofhuman.com, you have the possibility of returning the products to us. We would like you to have a pleasant experience shopping with us and this is why we offer a return service, which is both convenient for you and free of charge. You have 30 days to return your order, beginning from the day you (or another person assigned by you) received it.
Products must be returned in their original conditions including the original package.
How to return ?
1 | Fill in the return form you received with your package and enclose it with the products you wish to return. This document is found in the blue envelope you received with your order.
2 | Fix the prepaid return label on your return parcel and leave your shoes at your local access point*. The parcel will be accepted free of charge. Please remember to ask for a receipt with tracking no. when handing in your return. This is your insurance should your package go missing.

3 | When we receive your COLISSIMO, UPS or DHL package at our warehouse, we will send you a confirmation email that includes your refund details and invoice.
Online sales period
Please note that during sales period, we don't offer returns and that the return period is 14 days. You just have to stick your prepaid label on your parcel and the cost of the return we will be directly deducted on your refunded amount (10€ for returns from France, 15€ for returns from Europe, the US, Japan and South Korea).
Refund
When your return has been received by our warehouse you will be notified by email. You will receive a full refund within 14 days from receipt, in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase.
Exchange
Terms & conditions
Please note that Rise of human cannot accept returns and will not be responsible for any shipping cost or lost packages that have not been sent through our COLISSIMO, UPS or DHL return form. If you have returned your order with your own choice of carrier, we will not receive the parcel to our warehouse nor be able to give you a refund on your order.
